The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via Cash App on the day of your appointment. Deposits are only refundable if we cancel your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. No Refunds If you have questions or concerns about your hair or service, please let us know before leaving your seat. All concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of your service.
